Adjunct Professorial Lecturer

Patrick is currently the Assistant Director of Government Relations at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), where he engages with federal and state lawmakers on diverse policy matters impacting over a half-million student-athletes, one-thousand member schools, and the NCAA national office. He previously served as counsel on Capitol Hill where he led oversight of legislation impacting the federal budget and assisted in the execution of congressional hearings before the House of Representatives. Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree from Bard College where he participated on the men’s basketball and track & field teams, a master’s in business administration from American University, and a law degree from Washington College of Law – American University.
