Dr. Pearl Dahmen has worked with Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses focusing on performance improvement for 25 years. As a consultant and financial officer, she has worked with business owners and managers to implement improvement policies, procedures and processes facilitating workshops, designing courses and training programs in financial intelligence, IT program implementation, software operation, human resources and performance improvement. She earned her Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instructions, focusing on Adult Education with a concentration in eLearning and technology instructional design and masters in Adult Education at the University of South Florida. She was awarded an undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton, majoring in Business Administration/Accounting.
