Walter Park is on the faculty of economics at American University. His area of research is the economics of technology and intellectual property rights, and the impacts on economic growth and international economic development.
He has a variety of teaching experiences, in macroeconomics and microeconomics, and at all levels: undergraduate, MA and doctoral. He has recently taught online courses in introductory microeconomics. He will be teaching ECON 546 Industrial Economics.
He will be teaching ECON-661 Survey of Economic Development.
