Suat Cubukcu, Ph.D., is a Professorial Lecturer in the Department of Justice, Law, and Criminology. His research interests revolve around terrorism, policing, and quantitative research. Suat also serves as a Senior Data Analyst (Consultant) at a consultancy firm for the Global Terrorism Trends and Analysis Center for the Bureau of Counterterrorism of the US Department of State. He work on the methodological framework and statistical analysis of global terrorism data collection.
Prior to his life in Academia, Suat worked as a mid-level supervisor at the Turkish government and technical advisor for the United Nations in Peacekeeping Operations. Suat love to spend time traveling with my family, writing about politics, and watching documentaries.
