Ms. Sabarre is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Intention 2 Impact (I2I), an evaluation consulting firm that helps funders and organizations use data to drive strategy, innovation, and impact. She has nearly a decade of experience in mixed-methods research and evaluation in over 25 countries. As a consultant, Nina has worked on a wide variety of projects for cross-sector clients ranging from USAID, to the World Bank, Facebook, the Los Angeles Police Department, prominent philanthropic foundations, and academic institutions. Her work focuses on program evaluation, international development, public-private partnerships, and data visualization. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Evaluation and Applied Research at Claremont Graduate University and her doctoral research explores on the influence of entrepreneurship on the evaluation marketplace. She earned an MA in Political Science and BAs in Political Science and Philosophy from Virginia Tech, as well as a graduate certificate in Program Monitoring and Evaluation from American University.
