Ms. Bording Collins is a monitoring and evaluation specialist with over 18 years of experience in program development, design, and evaluation in the NGO sector and international development and affairs field. Kirsten is the founder and director of AdaptivePurpose, www.adaptivepurpose.org, a mission-driven consulting practice supporting non-profit, NGO, social enterprise and other change agents to strengthen their adaptive capacity to take effective action, monitor progress and measure impact. Prior to launching AdaptivePurpose, Kirsten was an independent evaluation consultant working with clients ranging from NGO’s such as CARE and Heifer international to the U.S. government and local domestic nonprofits. Before becoming an independent evaluation consultant, Kirsten was a Program Officer at World Learning for International Development.
