Dr. Krupar focuses on education, human rights, programming, advocacy, and monitoring and evaluation. She serves as the Senior Specialist in Learning Research at Save the Children US. She teaches monitoring and evaluation at American University in the International Development Concentration of the IR Online Master’s program at the School of International Service and in the Office of Professional Studies. Her work focuses on education for those affected by violent conflict and migration/ displacement, specifically engaging in monitoring and evaluation of educational programming and planning. Her research interests include adult learning, women’s education in conflict-affected environments, technology innovations in education, ethnography, higher and continuing education planning and programming, and the right to education.
