Mr. Hennessy actively practices law on behalf of employers and employees in multiple states. In the past ten years, he has handled hundreds of cases representing clients in court as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC). Brendan also serves as a mediator with the EEOC. He teaches law-related classes at multiple prestigious Universities on the East Coast as an adjunct professor.
