Dr. Anne Ferrante is an educator and executive coach.

Anne teaches graduate level courses in Organizational Behavior and Leadership at American University (AU) and at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). She is also an International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialed Professional Certified (PCC) executive coach with the American University School of Public Affairs Key Leadership Program.

In addition to teaching, Anne’s career in higher education included administrative leadership positions as Director of Graduate Programs at the Kogod School of Business at AU and of the Global Leadership Executive MBA program at UTD.

Prior to higher education, Anne enjoyed a corporate career with ATT and Lucent Technologies as an internal organizational consultant. She lived and worked abroad on international human resources expatriate assignments in Europe, Middle East and India.

Anne holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Development from the Fielding Graduate Institute and an MBA and MS in Human Resources both from Rutgers University.
